Reception is open from 8 am to 8 pm. For later arrivals we kindly request to be advised and we will be glad to wait. For emergencies our staff is always reachable by phone.
Rates are quoted in euros and are per Studio per night; they include complimentary Italian Buffet Breakfast out of the premises, mini bar in each Studio (soft-drinks free), kettle for coffee or tea, snacks (in the living room 24h), Wi-Fi internet connection, daily cleaning, bicycles use, swimming pool use, national telephone calls, Cd\Dvds selection, service and the current applicable VAT, presently at 10%.
During Pitti Fashion Trades cancellation must be communicated at least 2 weeks prior to arrival (2 pm hotel time), in case of cancellation after this time the whole amount of the reservation will be charged as a penalty.
In order to guarantee a reservation we kindly ask for a credit card’s details.

City tax to be paid on site: 4€ per person per night.

Check-in 3 PM, check-out 12 AM.
Please cancel 3 days before arrival (3 pm hotel time) to avoid a cancellation penalty equal to the total cost of your reservation.
After check in any change will entail the charge of the total amount. Ask for special cancellation Policy for stays longer than 1 week.
