Useful information for a pleasant stay at Riva Lofts

  • Check-in 2 PM, check-out 12 AM.
  • Private garage (1 spot only): 20 € per night.
  • Three spots in front of the hotel, free and not bookable.
  • Reception is open from 8 am to 8 pm. For later arrivals we kindly request to be advised and we will be glad to wait. For emergencies our staff is always reachable by phone.
  • Rates are quoted in euros and are per Studio per night; they include complimentary Italian Buffet Breakfast out of the premises, mini bar in each Studio (soft-drinks free), kettle for coffee or tea, snacks (in the living room 24h), Wi-Fi internet connection, daily cleaning, bicycles use, swimming pool use, national telephone calls, Cd\Dvds selection, service and the current applicable VAT, presently at 10%.
  • Third bed: 50 euros. Cot free of charge (babies 0-4 yrs).
  • Pets welcome if well behaved, on request.
  • No smoking.
  • City tax to be paid on site: 4€ per person per night.
  • CANCELLATION WITHIN 72HOURS (3 days before 2 pm of the arrival day, hotel time): NO CHARGE.
  • CANCELLATION LATER THAN 72H (from 3 days before 2 pm of the arrival day to the moment of expected arrival): FIRST NIGHT CHARGE.
  • NO SHOW, ANTICIPATED DEPARTURE, ANY CHANGES TO THE RESERVATION AFTER CHECK IN: CHARGE OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE ENTIRE STAY.

  • During Pitti Fashion Trades cancellation must be communicated at least 2 weeks prior to arrival  (2 pm hotel time), in case of cancellation after this time the whole amount of the reservation will be charged as a penalty.

  • For reservation of 4 Studios or more a deposit is required and a different cancellation policy is applied, please contact Riva Management.
